Beginner Level 1: Basic Middle Eastern dance movements with focus on technique, breathing, posture and isolations. Learn short dance combos from basic dance movements. No dance experience necessary.

Beginner Level 2: Advanced Middle Eastern dance movements with emphasis on advanced technique, conditioning, and dance choreography using veil and cane. Recommended: Prior belly dance experience or minimum of three (3) sessions of Level 1 class.

Beginner Level 2 Dance Troupe(Saturday): Advanced Middle Eastern dance movements with emphasis on choreography using props. ie. veil, cane, finger cymbals. For those interesting in preparation for public dance performances, costuming, etc.

Pre-requisite: Strong bellydance technique recommended before taking Level 2 class. Minimum: three (3) sessions of Level 1 or prior bellydance experience.
